Hollow Container Production

Blow molding produces hollow plastic parts by inflating a heated plastic parison (tube) inside a mold. It is the dominant process for bottles, containers, fuel tanks, and other hollow consumer and industrial products.

We offer extrusion blow molding (EBM) for industrial containers and automotive parts, and injection blow molding (IBM) for high-precision pharmaceutical and beverage bottles. HDPE, PP, PETG, and PVC are all supported. Production orders typically require 3–6 weeks including raw material procurement and scheduling.

Quality Inspection: We apply a sampling approach scaled to order volume. Prototypes and small batches (≤5 pcs) receive 100% inspection. For medium runs we typically sample ~5% of the order. For very large production runs, a statistically representative sample is selected — ensuring meaningful coverage without delaying delivery.
