Extrusion and injection blow molding for bottles, containers, fuel tanks, and hollow plastic components.
Blow molding produces hollow plastic parts by inflating a heated plastic parison (tube) inside a mold. It is the dominant process for bottles, containers, fuel tanks, and other hollow consumer and industrial products.
We offer extrusion blow molding (EBM) for industrial containers and automotive parts, and injection blow molding (IBM) for high-precision pharmaceutical and beverage bottles. HDPE, PP, PETG, and PVC are all supported. Production orders typically require 3–6 weeks including raw material procurement and scheduling.
Lowest cost per unit for hollow products at medium to high volumes.
FDA-compliant materials and clean-room options available.
From small vials to 100-litre industrial drums.
