We design all blow molds in-house, ensuring optimal part performance, wall distribution, and cycle efficiency from day one.

Mold Materials & Applications
  • Aluminum (6061 / 7075): Standard for most extrusion blow molds — excellent thermal conductivity, fast cooling, ideal for prototyping and medium-volume runs

  • Steel (P20 / H13): For high-volume production (>500K cycles) or parts requiring fine surface detail, texture, or extreme durability

  • Beryllium Copper Inserts: Strategically placed for critical cooling zones (e.g., neck finish areas)

Machine Capacity & Range

    • Small: 10 ml medical vials (IBM)

    • Medium: 5L chemical containers (EBM)

    • Large: 200L industrial drums, automotive coolant tanks (EBM)

  • All machines feature closed-loop parison control and automated leak testing

Precision & Performance Capabilities
  • Wall thickness control: ±0.1 mm (achievable on stable geometries)

  • Volume repeatability: ≤ ±1% (critical for dosing containers)

  • Neck finish tolerance: ±0.05 mm (ensures cap sealing integrity)

  • Leak testing: 100% inline pressure decay or vacuum testing available
