High-Strength Parts

Compression molding places a measured charge of material in an open mold cavity, then closes the mold under heat and pressure to cure the material. It is preferred for thermoset plastics, natural and synthetic rubbers, and composite materials.

The process produces dense, high-strength parts with excellent surface finish on both faces. Applications include gaskets, seals, electrical components, automotive parts, and structural composites. Production orders typically need 3–6 weeks to account for material sourcing and scheduling.

Quality Inspection: We apply a sampling approach scaled to order volume. Prototypes and small batches (≤5 pcs) receive 100% inspection. For medium runs we typically sample ~5% of the order. For very large production runs, a statistically representative sample is selected — ensuring meaningful coverage without delaying delivery.
