Bridge Production

Soft tooling uses silicone or aluminium molds to produce small batches of parts that closely mimic injection-molded quality. It bridges the gap between 3D printed samples and full production tooling, allowing pre-production validation and small pilot runs.

A silicone mold is made from a master pattern (3D printed or CNC-machined) in a matter of days. Each mold can yield 20–50 cast parts in polyurethane materials that replicate ABS, PP, rubber, or flexible TPU-like properties.

Quality Inspection: Each cast batch is visually inspected. For small soft-tooling runs (typical for this process), 100% inspection is standard.
