CNC machining removes material from solid stock using computer-controlled cutting tools. It produces parts with exceptional dimensional accuracy and true production-grade material properties — ideal for functional prototypes, jigs, fixtures, and production components.

Our facility operates 3-axis and 5-axis CNC milling centres along with precision turning lathes. We handle a wide range of metals (aluminium, steel, stainless, titanium, brass) and engineering plastics (PEEK, POM, nylon, PC). DFM feedback is included on every order.

Quality Inspection: Machined parts are measured against your drawing tolerances. For small batches and prototypes we perform 100% dimensional checks. For larger runs a representative sampling plan is applied, with CMM or gauge measurement as required.
