High-Volume Metal Parts

Die casting forces molten metal under high pressure into reusable steel dies, producing parts with excellent dimensional accuracy, thin walls, and smooth surfaces at high production rates. It is the dominant process for aluminium, zinc, and magnesium alloy parts.

Applications include automotive components, electronics housings, hardware, structural brackets, and consumer products. We offer high-pressure die casting (HPDC) and gravity die casting, with full secondary operations including CNC machining, surface treatment, and assembly.

Quality Inspection: We apply a sampling approach scaled to order volume. Prototypes and small batches (≤5 pcs) receive 100% inspection. For medium runs we typically sample ~5% of the order. For very large production runs, a statistically representative sample is selected — ensuring meaningful coverage without delaying delivery.

Key Advantages

High Precision

Dimensional tolerances of ±0.05 mm achievable — close to CNC machined accuracy.

Production Speed

Cycle times of 15–90 seconds — cost per part falls sharply at volume.

Excellent Surface

Smooth as-cast surfaces suitable for anodising, powder coating, or painting directly.
