Precision Lost-Wax Casting

Investment casting (lost-wax casting) produces near-net-shape metal parts with excellent surface finish and tight tolerances. A wax pattern is coated in ceramic shell, the wax is melted out, and molten metal is cast into the cavity.

Investment casting is ideal for intricate geometries, thin walls, and alloys that are difficult to machine — including stainless steel, titanium, nickel superalloys, and cobalt alloys.

Quality Inspection: All castings undergo dimensional and visual inspection prior to shipment. Prototypes and small trial orders are fully inspected. For production batches we apply sampling-based inspection proportional to quantity, ensuring defects are caught before parts reach you.
